All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc. as needed. Smart TVs in guest mode allow for sign into personal accounts (Netflix, etc) and access free Roku channels. We provide access to beach chairs (x),

No smoking inside the home. We will assess a $500 cleaning fee in addition to any damages. Must be 25+ years old to rent. No parties or events without pre-approval. External security cameras are for all guest protection. Tampering with cameras is strictly prohibited and will result in eviction with no refund.

Trash collection is Saturday and Tuesday morning. Please ensure trash cans are pulled to the street for pick up. Pool cleaning service is Saturday and Wednesday. Landscaping is Saturday. Pest control is routinely serviced by Terminix.
